I started working construction in Southern Calif during the 60's working with my grandfather St. Lic # 1230! Yes, the 1230th licensed contractor in this state!

Began putting on ROOFS in 1970. Moved to Lake Arrowhead in 1978 and

helped build custom homes. I was one of a select few that were qualified to install

the ROOFS on these MULTI-MILLION $ homes. I moved back to Orange

County in 1982 and procured my GENERAL BUILDING ( B-1) and my

ROOFING (C-39) CONTRACTORS LICENSES.

I married in 85, have 3 beautiful children, built 4 homes, remodled 100's, and

since O.C. from San Clemente' to Long Beach was built with wood shake ROOFS

ROOFING was the GOLDMINE there in the 80's & 90's. Tear them off, replace the DRYROT/TERMITE DAMAGE, resheet and install TILE to 90% of them. My crews & I have installed 1000's! Custom tile roofing was my forte'. The rest were composistion shingles, such as in Cambria.

The highlites of my career are many. Installing a $186K ROOF on a $14Mil

home ranks near the top. The detached maids quarters was as large as a home!

Since 2000, I have installed 1000's of feet of CROWN MOULDINGS.
